Each Adjust-A-Lift heel lift is 3/8" (approximately 10 mm) high and composed of three 1/8"layers. These layers can be easily removed. Remove 1 layer for a ¼" high lift or remove 2 layers for a 1/8" lift. Layers can be easily reattached with a good-quality contact cement.

These heel lifts are made of high-quality dense rubber with a suede top. Some compression is to be expected over time, depending on a user's height and weight, the amount of time spent on your feet, surface or terrain, etc. but the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts are highly durable, comfortable and do not slip inside your shoe.
