The Bledsoe Force Lite is an off-the-shelf ACL brace for collateral injuries or reconstructions. It is offered in 2 different styles and force ranges. Force Lite III is a dynamic brace for moderately unstable ACL deficient or reconstructed knees. Force Lite I is a combined instability brace for mild ACL or PCL symptoms. Both braces provide adequate support for collateral ligament injuries or repairs.
Features include:
- Easy application with only 2 control straps and 2 breathable sport wraps for more comfort
- Peel-away pads for easy replacement
- Extension stops for 0º , 10º , 20º , and 30º range of motion
- Low profile condyle pads for better fit
- Optional neoprene / lycra undersleeve
- Optional padded or unpadded lycra spandex sport covers

The Bledsoe Sport Front Closure Braces are off-the-shelf sport knee braces designed for very mild meniscal and/or collateral injuries. Patients with minor knee ligament strains and stretches or meniscal damage can benefit from added support to prevent more serious injury. Bledsoe Brace Systems offers two brace designs, Sport Front Closure and Sport Max Front Closure, to match the right kind of support for these very mild instabilities. In addition, Sport Max Front Closure may also be appropriate for combined instabilities involving stretched cruciate ligaments.
Features include:
- Wrap around front closure style allows easy application and adjustable tension
- Adds compression and warmth to help maximize comfort and proprioception
- Dual offset polycentric hinges
- Sport Max Front Closure - 17" (43cm) reinforced neoprene front closure wrap with 4 straps allow greater leverage and alternative strapping techniques for more customized support. Sport Front Closure - 14" (35.5cm) reinforced neoprene front closure wrap with 2 straps permits easy application.
- Optional patellar buttress for stabilizing patella
Bledsoe Sport Front Closure and Sport Max Front Closure braces combine the use of a dual offset hinge with straps and a durable neoprene sleeve. The surface contact area of the neoprene sleeve provides warmth to the injured areas as well as biofeedback to enhance proprioception and joint position sense.
