Breast forms are designed to look and feel similar in weight, texture, and color to the natural breast. They are worn outside the body in a close-fitting, supportive bra or a special pocketed bra. In addition to creating a symmetrical appearance, the form will replace weight to restore the body’s natural balance. The A Supreme is an asymmetrical breast form with both upper chest and underarm extensions. It is very suitable for use in more extensive surgeries. Size 0-12, Right or Left

Full Profile

Model 505 is a full profile breast form providing excellent projection in the bra cup. Thick underarm and upper chest extensions accommodate more extensive surgeries.

533 • Triangular Partial Size 3-9	Use after lumpectomy or reconstruction, or anytime there is a noticeable difference in breast size. This thin triangular shell holds shape and covers the entire breast outline, creating a smooth, even profile.
531• Partial Size 1-11	This thin teardrop-shaped shell of very soft silicone can be used following a lumpectomy, after reconstructive surgery, or to enhance your breast size. The Partial completely hides any irregularities, helps restore balance, and creates an even silhouette.
810 • Perceptions Size 1-11	Designed as enhancers, Perceptions may be used following breast conserving surgery or reconstruction to achieve a symmetrical appearance. As an enhancer, they are worn in the lower section of the cup, positioned under the breast. After surgery, they can be positioned where needed to fill out the bra cup.
