What type of products does The Bone Store carry?
We have a variety of products to help people in pain regain control of their life......by providing pain relief. Items such as Massage Chairs, BackSaver Chairs and Inversion Tables provide immediate relief for back pain. Other items, such as Tempur-pedic Beds......as well as a full line of travel and home use pillows......provide long term and lasting relief for back or neck pain.
The Bone Store also provides immediate access for items such as wrist, knee and ankle braces, walking casts, Orthotics for foot pain, Exercise Equipment, Massage oils, lotions and gels.....as well as tables and accessories for the massage therapist or home use. We stock a full line of magnetics, copper bracelets, "Stylish" Orthopedic Shoes...... everything to make your life easier and lessen pain.
What is your "Return Policy"?
Most items have a 30 day return...with the exception of items worn next to the skin, bedding or pillows, which cannot be returned. Items that are returned should be in "same as new" condition and a store receipt is required for cash credit. (Items paid for in cash will have a check issued if the return is over $100. The check will be mailed within 48 hours of the return.) On items paid by credit card the card will be credited. Payment by check must be over 10 days previous to allow clearance of the check. Refund will be by check and issued within 48 hours if over $100. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns are also subject to manufacturers "policy" and may alter or enhance the above.
Depending on the manufacturer, "gifted" items may also need to be returned.
Do you take Insurance?
Many insurances will cover our products. We always make an effort to assist you in determining how much will be covered. We will gladly call your insurance to see if your item is covered
What will I need for The Bone Store to bill my insurance?
The Bone Store needs a prescription for the item as well as a copy of your most recent insurance card. We also require a short "information" sheet to be filled out and signed.
What about "Co-Payments" and "Deductables" that are on my insurance plan?
Our office will call your insurance to find out if there will be any added "out of pocket" expense to you.

We gladly take "Special Orders" if the item is available from the manufacturer.

The shipping and handling charges are for 3 to 7 business-day delivery to U.S. destinations; some orders may take up to 10 days. For an additional $6.95, we offer delivery via 2nd Day Air or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail for most items.*
