Each lift chair is hand-made by professional factory workers.

Unlike what you’ll find with most furniture brands, Golden Technologies doesn’t add a lift mechanism to a standard recliner. They design each chair from the ground up for the specific purpose of being a power lift recliner that looks and feels like a regular piece of furniture.

You won’t find any plywood in these chairs. Golden Technologies uses kiln-dried maple hardwood for the frame, which ensures your lift chair is built to last.

Do all Power Lift Chair models come in all sizes?

No. Please see each chair for available sizing options.

Can I get a different fabric than what comes standard?

Yes; however, an upcharge applies.

Is the Heat/Massage option available on all models?

No. Heat/Massage is not available on the following models: Capri (PR200), Imperial (PR404), Orion (PR405), and Twilight (PR514).

Is the Auto-Flex Lumbar option available on all models?

The Auto-Flex Lumbar comes standard in the Imperial (PR404), and may be added to the Cloud Medium Large (PR510MLA) only.

What is the turnaround time for a Power Lift Chair order?

Chairs that are stocked by Golden Technologies in their warehousing program are available in 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase. Custom chairs (due to fabric changes or accessories) require a 6-8 week build time, plus 1-2 weeks transit from Pennsylvania.

Does The Bone Store stock more than what is on the sales floor?

Yes! We have dedicated warehouse space in Fresno, CA that holds 30+ power lift chairs at any given time. These chairs are available for immediate purchase.

What happens if something goes wrong with my chair?

We keep digital documentation of all sales and serial numbers. All you
need to do is give us a call and one of our certified technicians will
begin the troubleshooting process.

Who services my chair if that is deemed necessary?

We do! We take pride in servicing the products we sell. We want you to be able to work with the same company from beginning to end, and after if needed. No middle-men or finger-pointing!

Do you offer discounts to seniors or active/reserved/retired military?

We are forever thankful to those who serve currently or who have previously served in our armed forces. Our discounts are reflected in the every-day low prices of our power lift chairs, and are available to everyone. We take the need to price-shop out of the equation by selling the chair at the lowest possible price allowed by Golden Technologies.

Do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery is priced competitively against online and local dealers. We have both a basic delivery, and a full-service delivery option. Pricing on delivery will vary depending on your location.

Can I pick the chair up or have someone pick it up for me?

Absolutely! It is important to note that extended service warranties are not available for purchase on chairs that are picked up.

What is the standard warranty on Golden Technologies lift chairs?

With the exception of the value series, all lift chairs come with a lifetime warranty on the wooden frame and the steel lift frame. All electronic components have a 3-year warranty.

What would void my warranties?

Any user-neglect will void the warranty. This would include items being caught between the scissor lift mechanism, the chair hitting a wall when reclining, user weight exceeding maximum limits, etc. Please adhere to all specifications to prevent voiding the warranty.

How do I disconnect my remote?

My chair appears to have no power. What do I do?

We are here to help! Sometimes a simple check to make sure everything is plugged in is all that is needed. Before calling in, please follow the instructions in the "Trace Lift Chair Power" in the tutorial section. Before taking any action, we always will ask that this trace of power be confirmed.

Can I get a digital copy of my instruction manual?

Golden Technologies has a standard instruction manual for most chairs here. For the Twilight-PR515 and EZ Sleeper PR761, a different manual is available here.

What is the best lift chair for elderly?
