Per the user manual, these units are not designed to be used over loose gravel or loose dirt.

When should I charge my battery?

The battery should be charged for extended periods of time only. Quick charges will reduce the life of the battery.

Why does my brand-new power chair or scooter seem to operate at less mileage than it should?

All power mobility and scooter batteries begin operation at roughly 80% of capacity and will take 1 – 3 months of conditioning before operating at 100%.

Can I put a different seat on my power chair or scooter?

Only manufacturer approve replacements are recommended, due to potential tip hazards. Please see the specifications of your specific unit as to whether or not a different seat option is available.

Where can I get my scooter serviced?

How long will my batteries last?

The batteries are warrantied for optimal use for 1-year.
