Under Hinomi’s current warranty policy, chairs outside the H and X series are covered for three years on mechanisms and frame. Hinomi states that the warranty covers qualifying manufacturing and functional defects but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and certain cosmetic variations. Warranty coverage begins on the product’s delivery date.
