How to Put It On
Correct positioning of the sock, support cage, and stability straps helps provide the intended compression and ankle support.
- Undo both stability straps and roll the cuff of the sock down to the top of the support cage.
- Hold the sides of both the sock and support cage while sliding the support over the foot and heel.
- Pull the sock cuff completely up the ankle.
- Wrap the inside strap up and over the top of the foot and fasten it.
- Wrap the outside strap over the forefoot, crossing over the first strap, and fasten it.
- Adjust the straps until the desired level of comfortable support and compression is reached.
PowerStep recommends wearing the Dynamic Ankle Support Sock directly against the skin rather than wearing a traditional sock underneath it.

The PowerStep Dynamic Ankle Support Sock is machine washable for convenient regular care. Before washing, secure the hook ends of the stability straps to the loop material on the sock.
- Secure the straps before washing.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors.
