How the 4ActivePad Works

At the center of the LumboTrain is Bauerfeind’s butterfly-shaped 4ActivePad. The viscoelastic pad features flexible friction nubs that massage the lumbar region as the body moves. Together with the surrounding compression knit, this creates an intermittent compression effect that helps stimulate the muscles and relieve pain.

Position the Pad Where You Need It

The 4ActivePad can be repositioned within the back of the brace, allowing its massaging and supportive effect to be targeted to the lumbar region. The pad is also removable when compression from the knit is desired without the additional massage pad.
