The Theratherm Digital Moist Heat Pack provides controlled moist heat therapy without requiring water, a microwave, or a separate heating unit. Its flannel cover draws moisture from the surrounding air while the digital hand control manages the selected temperature and treatment time.

1. Place the Theratherm pad over the area being treated with the flannel side positioned as directed in the product instructions.
2. Connect the unit to an appropriate electrical outlet.
3. Use the digital hand control to select the desired temperature and treatment time.
4. Begin treatment and monitor both your comfort and the condition of your skin.
5. Do not change the temperature to a higher setting unless the current setting feels comfortable.
6. End the session if the heat becomes uncomfortable or causes irritation.
7. Allow the pad to cool before storing it.

Choosing a Theratherm Size

The Theratherm Digital Moist Heat Pack is available in three sizes for different treatment areas.

• The Medium pad measures 14″ × 14″ and provides compact coverage for localized areas such as the shoulder, knee, hip, abdomen, or lower back.
• The Shoulder/Neck pad measures 23″ × 20″ and is shaped to provide broader coverage around the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
• The Standard pad measures 14″ × 27″ and provides extended coverage for areas such as the back, thigh, hamstring, or other larger muscle groups.

Adjusting the Temperature and Treatment Time

The digital hand control allows the temperature and treatment time to be programmed and monitored during use. Available temperatures range from 113°F to 166°F, and treatment sessions may be set for up to 60 minutes.

Lockout Mode
